His Love is Sufficient
Stacie Watts, MS, LMFT
None of us are perfect; however, through God’s unending love for His children, we are all made whole through Jesus' sacrifice of
un-selfless love.
Easter is the day we celebrate Christ’s death and resurrection. This act of love reminds us how important we are to our Heavenly Father. His love is sufficient to cover all of our faults, worries, and sins. He died so that we might have eternal life. He wants us to pray without ceasing and to seek Him in all that we do. We all have struggles in our lives that we try to make sense of.
How are you showing your love to Him? Are you demonstrating your faith by casting your burdens to Him? Do you demonstrate your trust by placing your worries in His hands? Do you display your love by praising Him throughout the day?
We sometimes seek acceptance and comfort from our earthly family and friends before seeking His ultimate comfort and care. Never doubt your importance to Him. Never allow yourself to feel like you can slip under His radar. You are His child and no matter what you may be dealing with He wants to love you and help provide the healing that you may be seeking.
Give him your worries, your sadness, your guilt, and your pain. His love is sufficient for all. His love is unending and He will always be there when you seek His grace and comfort.
