Out traditional All Church Thanksoffering Dinner is Sunday, November 23, at 5:00 p.m. in the Gym! We need your help! Sign up sheets are available throughout the church and in Sunday School classrooms for the many food, set up, and clean up needs. If you have any questions, please call the church for Vickii Barbe’s phone number.
The 24 Hour Prayer Vigil begins next Saturday, November 22nd, at 9:00 a.m. and continues through 9:00 a.m. on Sunday, November 23rd. Sign up for a time to pray at the Missions Boards located throughout the building or call the church office. Someone from the Missions Team will call you to remind you of your prayer time.
To wrap up the Prayer Vigil and to begin Thanksoffering Sunday, we’re having a Coffee and Donut Celebration at 9:00 a.m. on Sunday, November 23, followed by one Combined Worship service at 10:45 a.m.
Blood Drive: This month, you will have the opportunity to give cancer patients hope by giving your blood. Riverlawn is having a blood drive from 8:00 a.m.-Noon on November 30th. You may sign up for a time slot beginning this Sunday at the Welcome Center.
RCC E-News: If you are not receiving the all church emails sent by Harolyn and would like to, please send Harolyn an email at hcathey@riverlawn.org with the address you would like to have them sent to. Please note that these emails are different from the prayer chain emails you might receive from BJ McCutcheon. These are mainly announcements and reminders.
Are you or someone you know dealing with grief? If so, we want to help. A grief support group will be forming soon! If you are interested, please sign up at the Counseling Center table in the Lobby. More information will be available soon.
The Truth Project continues this week on Wednesday, November 19, at 6:30 p.m.! If you have missed a lesson, we have additional DVD sets that you can check out to get caught up! Please come by the office to check out a DVD. No Truth Project for next Sunday evening, November 23, due to Thanksgiving Celebration.
Women’s Ministry News
Quilts for Christ meets on Tuesday, at 9:00 a.m. in Room D-8. Check Map for location.
D.E.A.R Day - If you would like to read a book to the Kids of RCA (Riverlawn Christian Academy) on December 5. Call the office to get Paddy Belt's phone number. Stop by the WOW table for more information Sunday, November 23rd. Men are welcomed to join in the reading also.

Remedy Young Adult Ministry News

Kids Ministries - Julie Owen
The J.O.Y. of Christmas is a special time for kids to bake, decorate, and deliver cookies for members of our church! On December 6th, from 10:00 a.m.-noon we will make and bake cookies. On December 7th, from 6:00-8:00 p.m. we will go caroling and deliver the cookies. Please meet in the gym on both days and on the 7th. Remember to dress appropriately for the weather. On December 13th, the 4th and 5th graders will have a Progressive Christmas Party! Meet at the church by 4:45 p.m. and we will return to the church around 8:30 p.m. The boys will need to bring a boy gift and the girls need to bring a girl gift. Please do not spend more than $5. We need to know if your child will be attending so we can plan for transportation! Please email or call Julie to let her know!
On December 21st, KIDSchurch and Jr. KIDSchurch are having a Birthday Party for Jesus! The party begins at 10:30 a.m. and will end around noon.
